A small, locally-rooted service for the communities that helped build North County San Diego.

I'm a North County San Diego local. Trash night is one of those small chores that hasn't really changed in forty years — three heavy cans, a walk to the curb, often after dark. It's the kind of thing you notice once you start paying attention to it.
I'll be honest, there's no grand origin story behind Fetch My Bins. I kept noticing a small problem nobody was solving, and at some point I decided I'd just solve it myself.
So I built it the way I'd want it done for someone in my own life. Small. Locally rooted. Most weeks I'm on the route myself, sometimes with a small crew alongside me. When you call, you reach me directly.
The way I've set up the contract is something I felt strongly about. I've never liked the kind of vendor relationship where a board has to keep convincing themselves they made the right call. I'd rather show up, do the work, and let the renewal speak for itself.
If you're on an HOA board thinking about this kind of service, I'd be glad to talk. No pressure, no scripts. Just a conversation between neighbors.
Want to talk? Call me directly at (760) 936-2923 or send me a note. I answer my own phone.
Service standards are in writing. Missed-pickup credits are automatic. We don't ask for trust we haven't earned — we earn it twice a week, every week of the year.
Our crew is small by choice. No layered org chart, no outsourced labor, no scripts. When you call, you reach a real person who can actually fix what's wrong — often the same person who put the cans out last night.
Our contract has a participation termination right for both parties if service stops working for your community. We make money when residents are happy. When they aren't, both sides walk away cleanly. Renewals are earned, not extracted.
One hundred percent of CRV recycling proceeds from your community go to the HOA's social fund. It's a small thing on the surface. But the principle behind it shapes everything else we do.
If you're on an HOA board for a 55+ community in North County San Diego, we'd be glad to walk you through the service. We'll bring the proposal. You bring the questions.
